Front cover

I would like to pastiche these front covers on my own magazine as I like the way the models are positioned as I believe it looks very natural to the person being photographed and I believe I could incorporate this on to my own front cover. I also like the use of the shot type medium close up as i fell that it shows the models off well. When i take pictures myself i may try to get my actor sat on a stool in various positions, i feel that this is a very classy pose that would show off my model, i fell this would look good on my front cover.

Id like to pastiche these contents page as they have as i like the use of the wide shots to show off the many stories that would be featured throughout the magazine. They also provide some interesting photographs that couldnt be acheived with any other shot type and i believe they would fit in well on the contents page to entice the reader. Locations that i may try to shoot in could be the sheffield city centre or around chatsworth as i believe that these would make for some good wide shots as they are very interesting and beautiful locations.



Double page spread

What i would like to pastiche these contents pages, as i like the way they start off the article with a large image to really show off what the article is about and they really entice the reader into reading that particular article. For when i take my photos i will try to use MCU and Close up shot types as i feel that these would be appropriate for a interview but i may also use medium and wide shots too. For my article on tourist locations i will mainly use landscape and wide shots in order to truly capture the setting.
